Strength and Conditioning Update: 7/23/2020
Since our High School seasons are starting on August 3rd, we have decided to alter the strength and conditioning schedule for next week to give our athletes a few days off before we get started with fall practice.
9th-12th boys will condition and do sport-specific training from 8:00-9:00 am Monday, July 27th -Tuesday, July 28th.
9th-12th girls will condition and do sport-specific training from 9:00-10:00 am Monday, July 27th -Tuesday, July 28th.
7th and 8th athletes will not have workouts next week.
