Our athletes closed out the season with an outstanding performance at the State Track & Field Meet, bringing home multiple top finishes and even some hardware! The Boys’ 4x400m Relay team of Morgan Henkes, Myles Henkes, Pierce Summers, and Colton DeLaGarza, captured the bronze medal, while the Girls’ 4x400m Relay team of Presley Long, Avery Arledge, Emma Ensor, and Anna Pearsy claimed an impressive 5th place finish.
Presley Long earned a bronze medal in the 3200m and placed 4th in the 1600m, while Kate Lengefeld secured 9th place in both the 1600m and 3200m events. Anna Pearcy continued to impress with a 4th place finish in the 800m and 6th in the 400m, and Alvia Eanes raced to a 7th place finish in the 100m hurdles. The Boys’ 4x200m Relay team also represented well with a solid 7th place finish.
