Small change to the Weekly Calendar... the School Board meeting regularly scheduled on Monday has been moved to Wednesday, May 20th at 6 pm.
It doesn't seem like it but we are at the LAST DAYS of school! This short week is crammed full of activities:
* Senior Baccalaureate Sunday at 7 pm,
* HS Athletic Banquet on Monday at 6 pm
*Senior/Kindergarten Walk on Tuesday at 9 am
*Picnics for the 1st & 3rd Grades
*Kindergarten Graduation on Wednesday at 9 am
*Early release on Wednesday at 1 pm
*JH Promotion Thursday at 6 pm
*Class of 2026 Graduation, Friday at 7 pm

Join us for the Kindergarten/Senior Grad Walk on Tuesday, May 19th at 9:00 am.
Our seniors will take one final walk through the halls alongside our kindergarten students, celebrating how far they have come and their continuing journey. From colorful, tiny backpacks to graduation caps and gowns, this walk bridges the gap between where they started and where their future endeavors begin.
Parents, family, and community members are welcome to come cheer them on!

Some more of our favorite staff to roam the halls of Hamilton ISD. First we show some love to Lu Burks who has worked for thirty-one years up on the hill. Lu leads with heart and holds the line on accountability. She is part of the heart and soul of the OAP Directors these last few years and we appreciate her so much! Another Hamilton ISD staff is Mr. Terry Baize. Terry has been a fixture of the Ag Department, imparting his wisdom on several generations of Hamilton HS Students. Terry has led several students to victory in various FFA competitions and has instilled a love for agriculture that will reverberate for years to come. With deep gratitude for your years of service and your unwavering commitment to our students. The district won’t be the same without you! Wishing you nothing but relaxation and happiness in your retirement.
We couldn't do a Flashback Friday without mentioning our fearless leader, Superintendent Jennifer Zschiesche!! As a proud Hamilton HS Alum, Jennifer’s roots in this district run deep. Her dedication to the staff, students, and the entire Hamilton community is evident in everything she does. We are so grateful for your leadership and heart!
