We want to alert you to a potential security issue regarding recent email communications.
We have detected some unusual activity and believe that some email accounts belonging to our some of our Hamilton ISD employees that may have been compromised. As a result, spam or phishing emails may have been sent out to community members or parents.
🔍 What to Look For:
Please be on high alert for any emails from any hamiltonisd.org email address that seem unusual. Suspicious signs include:
Urgent or demanding language (e.g., "Action Required Immediately," "Overdue Payment").
Unexpected links or attachments, especially those asking you to log in to view a document.
Strange phrasing or typos that seem unlike the sender.
Requests for personal, financial, or sensitive information.
🛑 What You Should Do:
DO NOT click on any links or download any attachments if the email feels off.
DO NOT reply to the suspicious email.
Verify the message: If you are unsure whether an email is legitimate, contact the employee directly through a known phone number or a separate, trusted communication channel—do not use the contact info provided in the suspicious email.
Report it: If you received a suspicious message, please do NOT click on any links and delete it immediately.
Our team is actively investigating this issue and working to secure all accounts. Thank you for your vigilance and cooperation in keeping our community safe!

It doesn't seem like it but we are at the LAST DAYS of school! This short week is crammed full of activities:

* HS Athletic Banquet on Monday at 6 pm
*Senior/Kindergarten Walk on Tuesday at 9 am
*Picnics for the 1st & 3rd Grades
*Kindergarten Graduation on Wednesday at 9 am
*Early release on Wednesday at 1 pm
*JH Promotion Thursday at 6 pm
*Class of 2026 Graduation, Friday at 7 pm
